Well, they just shared that they are expecting a little chocolate chip, er, I mean a baby! I am so excited for them. The two of them are so sweet, I know they'll make splendid parents.

Good News, the doctor did laser surgery in his office yesterday to fix the problem, and no invasive surgery was required. We go back in a week to check it, so pray for that and for a fast recovery, but this is quite minor to what we had thought. Good stuff, God stuff.

We'll need to hold this baby as much as possible as a newborn, because it will be 3 feet long within a month.

Maria- She is so sweet. I'm thankful that she is friends with Naida. They run together and did two different triathlons last year.
I'm feeling ok. You were right about the crashing thing coming off steroids. How long did it last for you?
Oh thanks for the love, Gretchen is due March 19. I figure that's a good date because the baby could be a little early and be born on February 29, or a little late and be born on April 1. I'm hopping for the 29th.
On the eye front, the OB said Gretchen can have the surgery any time, so that might be happening iun the next few weeks. She's not looking forward to the down time, but hopefully we'll know what she'll be up against next week. Okay have fun at Meeks all.

Hey Ryan- Thanks for the update! Do you think she could shoot for March 9th? The baby would share the date with Leann R. and myself. Meredith's is the 16th of March along with Sandy Anderson and Camille (Bo and Denise's daughter). March is a very popular month...Judy R is at the end, too.
I like the idea of a leap year baby.
If it's April 1st, it will share with Bo.

Good news, Gretchen went in to check how successful the laser sugery was, and it was successful enought to give her a three onth reprieve from the speciallist. So it must have worked. Thanks for the prayer.
